3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Genos AI uses Google Gemini AI and OpenAI to process your images and generate AI-transformed images. When you submit a generation request, your photos and text prompts are sent to these providers for processing. Important details about AI processing:

  • •Images are optimized (resized and compressed) on your device before being sent to reduce data usage
  • •Photos are only sent to AI providers when you initiate a generation request
  • •AI processing is subject to Google's and OpenAI's respective privacy policies, which we encourage you to review

4. Image Processing and Storage

We do not store your uploaded photos or generated images on our servers. Images pass through our servers in memory during processing and are not persisted to any database or file storage.

During an active session, generated images are temporarily cached on your device. This cache is cleared when you close the generation screen or start a new session. If you choose to save a generated image, it is saved directly to your device's photo library — not to our servers.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never receive or store your credit card, bank, or payment method details. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription status and entitlements, which receives transaction data from the app stores to verify your access level.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • •With AI providers (Google, OpenAI) to process your image generation requests
  • •With RevenueCat to manage your subscription
  • •With authentication providers (Google, Apple) to sign you in

7. Data Security

Genos AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 11. International Users

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our servers and third-party providers (Google, OpenAI, RevenueCat) operate. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to these transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
