Welcome to Genos AI. By downloading, installing, or using the Genos AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Genos AI. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf.
To use the App, you must create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the security of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Genos AI allows you to generate AI-transformed images using text prompts and uploaded photos through various presets and templates. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Genos AI offers a free tier with limited generations and paid subscription plans (weekly and monthly). Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account will be charged for renewal at the same price.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
You retain ownership of the original photos you upload to the App. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the image generation service. This license terminates when processing is complete.
AI-generated images are provided for your personal use, subject to the terms of our AI providers (Google and OpenAI). You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The App, including its design, features, code, templates, presets, and branding, is owned by Genos AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini AI, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and authentication providers (Google, Apple). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon deletion, your account data will be permanently removed from our servers. Any active subscription must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Play Store. Images saved to your device's photo library will not be affected.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
